Step 4: Property location and layout plan

To ease the process and ensure we can provide you with an accurate quotation, it would be helpful if you could provide the following documents:

1: Site location plan, identifying the property or properties requiring a connection. It would be helpful to include:
     - Roads surrounding the boundary of the property.
     - An indication of any land you do not own, that we may need to cross (excluding public highway/council owned land).
     - Any other factors you think we may find useful, such as environmental issues (contaminated land, protected species of animals or plant life).

2: Site layout plan which indicates:
- Preferred cable entry point for each property.
- Preferred new supply location (this is where your meter will be house).

Don’t worry if you don’t have all the above information we should be able to progress your request with just a description of the location, i.e. Next to 139 Oxford Road. You can always send the documents straight to your design engineer later.
