Our colleague resource groups

Our colleague resource groups

For us, embracing our differences is what makes us stronger.

Our colleagues are key to our success. We value their insight and support in helping us to develop a workplace where everyone feels a sense of belonging. As part of our strategy we've set up six colleague resource groups to champion under-represented groups at work and in our communities such as ethnicity, disability and LGBT+, and to help create a more diverse and inclusive place to work.
