Looking after our people

Electricity North West is an integral part of the community of the North West of England and our colleagues are out and about in our region every day to ensure we all have the electricity we need to run our lives.

In general people are very supportive of the work we do, however, there are some occasions when violence or abusive behaviour is directed towards our colleagues.

We believe that our colleagues should be able to work without fear of violence, abuse or harassment from customers and members of the public while performing their duties.

We will take appropriate legal action against anyone who behaves in an abuse manner towards our colleagues.
