Paul is our executive director responsible for stakeholder engagement and developing our future business plan (RIIO-ED2) submission to our regulator Ofgem, which will cover the period 2023-28.

Paul drives our commercial thinking and the development of new customer propositions and services. With over 20 years’ experience within the energy, utilities and infrastructure industries, Paul is uniquely placed to offer insights on how energy companies will need to adapt to solve the challenges of a socially conscious and lower carbon economy.

Clive is responsible for all operations including the maintenance, repair and replacement of the electricity transmission and distribution network, from Low Voltage to 132kV covering Cumbria, Lancashire and Greater Manchester.

Clive is a chartered engineer with 30 years’ experience in the sector, having spent ten years at Scottish Power’s Manweb network in Merseyside before moving to the North West network in 1999.

Rachael Parr is responsible for the company’s people strategy to ensure we attract, retain and develop the right people to meet business objectives and ensure our colleagues leave work as happy and healthy as when they arrived, if not better.

Rachael has more than 20 years experience within HR, having joined the company in November 2016. Previously worked in HR supporting the Oil and Gas and Financial service sectors.

Jonny leads Electricity North West’s work to help customers play their part in the region’s rapid transition to net zero. He works across the business and with external partners to ensure customers have access to the support they need to deliver electric vehicle chargers, solar panels, heat pumps, flexible services, and other low carbon technologies.

Jonny has previously worked as Environmental Strategy Manager at Manchester City Council and as Deputy Director at Manchester Climate Change Agency.

Mark joined the Association of Greater Manchester Authorities (AGMA) in May 2012 as Director of Environment for Greater Manchester and transferred to GMCA in May 2017.

Mark provides strategic support to the Greater Manchester Green City Region Board and Partnership by leading the development and delivery of strategies, policies, research and demonstration projects for the environment and low carbon work areas.
