Summary
During the session Rachel Parr, Director of People & Corporate Services, discussed workforce resilience and recruitment, and led an engaging discussion with panel members about the challenges ENWL are facing across the region and how we can work collaboratively to address some of these. Samantha Loukes, Vulnerability Inclusion Manager, then shared a high level overview of the work ENWL is undertaking to support consumers in vulnerable circumstances and sought the panel’s view on how we can work together to ensure that no one is left behind in the transition to net zero. Finally, Stefan Jones, Head of Customer Quotations, provided more detail about how ENWL are working, both with stakeholders and the wider industry, to manage connectivity demand and capacity of the grid.
