Autumn 2022 flexibility requirements

Our Autumn 2022 tender asked Flexibility Providers for 1025MW of flexibility in 30 locations across our region.
This procurement round was open for submissions from Monday 31 October 2022 until Friday 27 January 2023 via the PicloFlex platform. Full details for each site can be viewed within the documentation below and on Piclo. In order to take part and provide flexibility, providers needed to complete the following steps on Piclo:
- Register onto the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).
- Register and upload your assets.
- Complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) *PQQs are only valid for the current tender round. New PQQs must be submitted for each tender.
- Confirm participation or withdraw from competition.
- Assuming your asset(s) meet the requirements of this tender, you will be able to submit a bid for the provision of Flexible Services. More information on how to submit a bid can be found here.
The deadline to complete the above steps was 27 January to ensure participation in the bidding window.
