Customer

This library contains all documents associated with the customer workstream for BiTraDER. 

During the Project, we will undertake engagement with up to 50 potential market participants to ensure that BiTraDER’s Method and Solution meet the requirements of our customers, with a view to enabling maximum participation of connected resources in the flexibility market.

We will also select 10-15 connected resources to participate in simulated and real-life network trials to test customer appetite for a curtailment obligation trading market and assess suitability and accessibility of the user interface. 

BiTraDER will target two key groups of customers from across GB participation in the Design and Simulation phases of the Project:

1. Customers with existing firm connections
2. New customers with flexible connections
