Everyone on our Extra Care register can set up a personal password. It’s really easy to do – just fill in the form below, select a password and it’s done. So if Electricity North West visits your home and you want to check that it’s really us, our representative will make a quick phone call to find out your password, prove their identity and keep you feeling safe.
