How can we help?
- keep your mobile details up to date with us and we can send you updates about your power cut through texts and emails
- you can add a nominated contact and their mobile details who we can communicate with on your behalf
- we can provide hot food and drinks to keep you comfortable until your power comes back on
- for extra reassurance we can give you a call to make sure you are okay or follow our helpful tips to help you before, during and after a power cut.
