Whether planned or unplanned, our customer contact team will be in touch with you throughout the power cut to make sure you are ok and have the latest information.

How can we help?

  • keep your contact details up to date with us and we will prioritise your call straight through to a dedicated team member
  • you can nominate family, friends or carers who we can contact on your behalf should you be affected by a power cut
  • we can provide hot food and drinks or where appropriate overnight accommodation if the power cut continues over a long period of time.
