You may have a condition that you believe would require extra support during a power cut, such as oxygen use or reduced sense of smell. Our Priority Services Register can provide the support you need.
How can we help?
- keep your contact details up to date with us and we will prioritise your call straight through to a dedicated team member
- you can choose how you want to talk to us, i.e. telephone, social media, email or text
- you can add a nominated contact who we can communicate with on your behalf
- we can provide hot food and drinks to keep you are comfortable until your power comes back on.
