Communication difficulties

We understand that some of our customers may require extra assistance due to communication difficulties including receiving support in your preferred language. If you or someone you care for needs this extra help please get in touch.

How can we help?

  • we have a translation service available. Just let us know our preferred language and we will do the rest
  • you can choose how you want to talk to us, i.e. telephone, minicom (text relay), social media, email or text
  • you can add a nominated contact who we can communicate with on your behalf
  • most of our videos contain sign language or subtitles, watch our videos here .
