You or someone you care for may be recovering from an operation, you may be living away from home for the first time, or you might just be experiencing a life changing event. If this has temporarily left you feeling more vulnerable please get in touch.

How can we help?

  • keep your contact details up to date with us and we will prioritise your call straight through to a dedicated team member
  • we will keep you updated throughout the power cut
  • you can add a nominated contact who we can communicate with on your behalf
  • we can provide hot food and drinks to keep you comfortable until your power comes back on
  • in certain circumstances we may provide alternative accommodation.
